we offer

What is Powder Coating?

Powder Coating is a finishing process for metal products. An advanced alternative to painting, a powder coat provides superior durability to an end-product. A dry powder made of resin, pigments, and other additives are mixed and applied to a metal surface. The powder is then heated and cured. The resulting hard protective layer is resistant to wear, fading, and corrosion.

Powder coating provides many advantages over painting, including:

  • Durability: Powder Coating is resistant to the inevitable wear in the lifetime of a metal object, making it ideal for outdoor areas or high-use purposes.
  • Aesthetics: Powder Coating provides a seamless, sleek look that can be applied in a wide range of colors and finishes. These attractive finishes include matte, gloss, metallic, and textured.
  • Environmentally Friendly: Powder Coating is a solvent-free process. It produces minimal wastes and byproducts.
  • Cost: The best part; it’s usually cheaper than painting!

Our Powder Coating Services

We understood quickly that when you get something made out of metal, there’s more to it than just cutting, forming, and welding to make a finished part. A lot more will happen after the welding machines are turned off.

We invested in the equipment to be able to offer our customers a one stop shop, hence the powder coating. Instead of having to add more cost and time to get someone else to coat our parts, we can do it all in house.

There are no amounts too small or large for us and we will coat in any color our customers want! We can also completely control the quality standards since we do it in house.
